GREASES: STORAGE, USE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GREASE

zoom-pro-ultra.jpg

Technilub greases are synonymous with quality. The care taken to guarantee our users’ satisfaction makes our products as efficient as can be. However, certain precautions for storage and use need to be observed in order to maximise the lifetime of your products and to use them properly.

STORAGE

Our greases must be stored in a cool and dry location. They must not be exposed to extreme temperature conditions. The storage location must not be exposed to strong sunlight, intense cold or extreme variations in temperature. Humidity, dust and exposure to weathering should be avoided wherever possible

To avoid pumpability issues and air breaching in, particularly in the event of displacement of the grease inside the cartridge during storage, it is very important to store your cartridges vertically.

Take care with haphazard stacking: drums at the bottom or at the rear risk never being used and/or exceeding their use-by date. Our greases can be guaranteed to retain their qualities for up to 5 years, provided of course that the storage conditions are complied with…
